What data we collect

Through the contact form we may receive: parent or guardian name, player age, phone or WhatsApp number, and an optional message.

If you contact us directly (WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Instagram or phone), we process the information you choose to send.

Technical data may be processed via hosting and analytics tools (for example IP address, device/browser data and pages viewed) when analytics cookies are enabled.

Why we process data

We process contact details to respond to enquiries, discuss training goals and arrange sessions.

Analytics data (only with consent) helps us understand how the website is used and improve it.

Legal bases under the GDPR may include taking steps at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in running and improving the coaching website, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Sharing and processors

The website is hosted on Vercel. Contact-form emails are sent with Resend. Analytics may run through Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics when you accept analytics cookies.

We do not sell personal data. Processors act on our instructions and only as needed to provide their services.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up related to training, then deleted or archived when no longer necessary.

Consent preferences are stored for up to 12 months or until you change them.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or another competent supervisory authority.
